The following rates will become effective as of May 1, 2008 and supersede all previous commercial rate and fee schedules. This rate schedule applies to all transactions unless otherwise negotiated. Sales tax will be applied to all relevant fees.
Please Note: Your local sales tax rate is available at http://www.nystax.gov/ . Services that produce a physical deliverable (such as a web site, printed material, or electronic documentation) require the collection of local sales tax. Services without a physical deliverable (such as customer support, advice, and meetings) do not require the collection of local sales tax. FCS does not support, condone, or encourage avoidance of sales tax collection. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

the content for their website in a form usable by FCS. Examples: Text,
MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Wordperfect, DIF, XML,
Delimited Text, PNG, JPG, GIF. |
Negotiated Fee Schedules are also available on a case by case basis. FCS will work with you for an affordable solution. |
* A Simple web site
includes standard HTML, Limited Javascript, menus, Payments using
PayPal and similar services, etc.. ** A Merchant web site is any
site that contains a native mechanism for handling financial transactions
such as credit cards. |
