- E-Mail Addresses
- In general, e-mail addresses of members are kept confidential. They will not be distributed to any outside entity (including sponsors) without the permission of the owner. They are kept only for the purpose of announcements and contact information. The exceptions to this are listed below :
- WWG Group Officers - The e-mail addresses of any club officers are posted on the website for the purpose of facilitating communication within the group as wll as outside the group.
- WWG Web Authors - Web Page authors have their addresses posted on the pages to facilitate communications with users.
- At the second meeting of the WWG membership, the group voted and decided that member email addresses should be posted to the website to facilitate communication.
- Member and Contact Postal Addresses
- Physical Addresses of members and contacts will not be posted on the website, distributed, or otherwise used without the consent of the person.
