Every 99 years the clergy of St. Cuthbert call for champions to help contain the "Demon of the Crystal Keep" - even though no one has seen this demon for uncounted centuries. Is it dead, escaped or a rumor that never existed? Maybe, just maybe, the Demon has a plan.... Coordinator Note: The RPGA has approved and sanctioned this event. It has been listed on their calendar of events. |

For reasons as different as their own pasts, the champions arrived at the keep on the designated day. Embarking on a mission that held more than they would ever know, only one would realize their goal. And the world would know terror because of it. Congratulations to Julia McGinnis. She took first place in the tournament. Using cunning and role-playing to great advantage, Hero Crowfoot discouraged the rest of the champions from their mission and thus succeeded in his mission.
Coordinator's Note: We were short on membership cards at the event. I have contacted the RPGA and additional cards will arrive next week. I will distribute them to everyone one at the 1/25/2003 game. Also, this was the first RPGA event that the League has hosted. Comments and suggestions are welcome. You may notice that the details on this page are a bit scarce. Sorry about that. There are copyright and trademark issues involved in posting too many details. In addition, at the time this is being posted, the module has not yet been retired. We wouldn't want to spoil the plot for other gamers. Your understanding is appreciated. As with all League events, the module materials, scoring sheets, and GM Notes will be kept in the League binder. |
